1. Information We Collect

When you use Frame, we collect the following information:

  • Discord Account Data: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (via OAuth)
  • Server Structure Data: Channel names, role names, and permission settings when you create a snapshot
  • Message Content: Only when you explicitly opt-in, the last 5 messages from each channel (sanitized to remove mentions)
  • Usage Data: Which templates you download and when

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To display templates on the marketplace
  • To restore server structures when you use /setup
  • To improve our Service and user experience
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following cases:

  • Public Templates: If you make a template public, its structure will be visible to all users
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting providers)

5. Message Content Privacy

⚠️ Important: Message capture is off by default. When enabled, we:

  • •Only capture the last 5 messages per text channel
  • •Sanitize all user mentions, role mentions, and @everyone/@here
  • •Store messages as part of the snapshot for restoration purposes

You should review channel content before capturing to ensure no sensitive information is included.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Delete: Delete your snapshots using /snapshot commands or contact us
  • Withdraw Consent: Stop using the Service at any time

7. Payment Information

When you purchase credits or receive payouts:

  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Xendit. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Transaction Records: We store transaction IDs, amounts, and timestamps for accounting purposes.
  • Payout Details: Phone numbers for e-wallet payouts are stored securely and only used for processing your withdrawal.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Snapshots are retained until you delete them. If you wish to delete all your data, please contact us through our Discord support server.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via Discord.
